Connect98 Limited (UK) is the Data Controller for customers based in the UK and European Economic Area
Connect98 USA, LLC (Florida) is the Data Controller for customers based in the United States
We act as:

our customers (account holders)
Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of our customers through the Connect98 platform

This data is controlled by our customers. We process it only on their documented instructions and do not determine how or why it is used.

Connect98 provides the platform only.
Customers are responsible for:
obtaining valid consent from End Users
ensuring compliance with:
GDPR / UK GDPR
PECR
TCPA (US)
CTIA guidelines and carrier rules
Connect98 does not:
verify consent obtained by customers
monitor all messaging activity
guarantee legal compliance
5. Sharing of Data
5.1 Service Providers
We may share data with trusted third parties, including:
hosting providers
payment processors
telecommunications providers (for SMS delivery)
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
5.2 Legal Requirements
